Once you gather your albums, create your order and add to cart all the albums you would like to digitize. You can add an optional USB or DVD output to your order.
Prepare your albums to be shipped by packing them safely. You can add a pre-paid shipping label to your order or use your own shipping option to mail your media.
In a few weeks, your memories are unlocked for viewing, sharing, and gifting! If you ordered a USB or DVD output, we will mail it to you along with your original media.

For each album, we charge $32.99 for the first 35 photos and $0.77 per photo thereafter.
Most photo albums contain between 100 and 200 photos..
Here is a reference guide to help you estimate the number of photos:
- 20 Album Sheets – 80 Pictures
- 30 Album Sheets – 150 Pictures
- 50 Album Sheets – 300 to 350 Pictures
Don't worry about counting photos precisely. We'll confirm the number of photos with you before scanning them.
We won't charge you for unsuccessful scans.

Yes, we can digitize documents within the album as long as the dimensions of the document (unfolded) do not exceed that of the album.
If the document is folded or is not attached to the album, we may need to touch the document to position it for scanning. We would treat the document with care.
No, it won’t! Our patented technology of digitizing images straight from the album pages so no handling of the individual photos is involved. This, in turn, eliminates any chance of damage to your photos through the album scanning process.
You will receive your completed order in about 4 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your album; it will include your originals and any Digital Copy, USB, or DVD you ordered.
